We are pleased to announce that Attorney Sandy Pinkerton has joined our Columbus office. She joins our Columbus team with her extensive experience evaluating injury claims and defenses in over 1,000 cases while handling more than 200 appellate cases, including cases before the Ohio Supreme Court. One of her most notable cases was in the 10th appellate district: State ex rel. Carter v. Indus. Comm., which ruled that temporary sedation did not give rise to permanent loss of use of award even if the claimant died while under sedation. Fun Fact: Attorney Pinkerton is a season ticket holder for the Ohio State Buckeyes Football team and enjoys tailgating before every home game.
