Established in 2005. In 2005, three attorneys had the vision to build the best personal injury firm in Ohio. With just three paralegals to support them, lawyers Gary Kisling, Rob Nestico, and Robert Redick rolled up their sleeves and opened KNR’s first office. KNR has since grown into one of the state’s largest personal injury law firms, with more than 35 lawyers, nearly 100 support staff, and 12 Ohio locations dedicated to seeking justice for injury victims. Since 2005, our clients have placed their trust in us as their legal advocates during difficult times, and we believe in giving back. From scholarships to food and clothing drives and initiatives like KNR Cares, we strive to make lives better – in ways big and small. KNR makes getting answers and what you deserve after an accident as easy as possible. As a statewide firm, we’re available wherever you are. We’re never too far with 12 convenient offices, services in Ohio’s rural areas, and Zoom consultations available.

KNR refuses to spend $20-$25 to overnight my settlement check to me. Been waiting over six months for a positive conclusion, living hand to mouth, struggling every day to survive. And these six figure employees at KNR don't care how their clients live because they have money. It's disappointing, disturbing, sad, and frankly downright wrong for KNR not to provide this service. Now myself or an emissary of mine have to be inconvenienced by having to go to KNR's Westerville, Oh to pick up this check, whenever it gets to them via US mail. Very, very sad and not good customer/client service.

I never heard of these people until sometime in late-2011, when some attorney in a class action suit apparently representing my mother called me and told me that they settled her case, but that my mother died 5 months before that call and wanted either me and/or my siblings to come forward on her behalf.
After looking over the case and talking to a few of my friends and former co-workers, some of whom were practicing attorneys in California (I used to be a paralegal, myself), my siblings and I got together and we told the attorney allegedly representing my late mother that we would not come forward.
Since my mother died intestate in Ohio, a place she never knew and did not have relatives there, the local attorneys at KNR decided to hire their own estate attorney to take over fiduciary control of the estate and used Ohio law to do that knowing that none of her family was in the area and weren't in the position to contest it...very unscrupulous if you ask me.
I'm not sure how my mother came to work with these people other than she was set up because of the situation she was placed in, where the State of New Mexico's welfare department hired a third-party administrator to handle her case, rule her incapable of living her life independently and conducting her own business and then shipping her off to Ohio, where she had no family or any other ties to that state, where she spent the last 5 years of her life.
After she died in the Spring of 2011, my siblings and I out here in California (back then) and Colorado discovered that she was made a plaintiff in all these class action suits ranging from defective medicines to defective medical products and the one thing in common in all these cases was the KNR law firm.
I felt that my mother was taken advantage of by somebody either in that law firm or with ties to that law firm and used her situation and her maladies to enrich themselves and if I had the wherewithal to fire them from my mother's claims, I would have done that, but I didn't hire them, and they did not represent me.
These attorneys are the ones that give lawyers a bad reputation and because my siblings and I found ourselves in no position to contest these activities that they undertook to hijack my mother's estate like they were Mohammad Atta and American Airlines Flight 11, all we could do was just sit back and ignore what these scoundrels were doing.
Well after seeing the previous Yelp review, I decided it was best to tell of my experience with this law firm, even though I was not a client, my mother was when she was alive.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 252 - T D.Columbus, OH01Apr 10, 2016First to Review
If u want under $1000 then this is the place to go. I wouldnot give this place a star at all! Dnt b fooled by the commercial people. I got in my car accident n August and just settled last month. I should have dealt w the insurance company myself. After being told by my attorney that this particular insurance company was hard to deal w and that he was going take care of me and that it will b over by Christmas....was the biggest lie. I mean that's what they're spose to do but I guess it goes for their own client as well. When I call to check on my case (because no one ever called me) I got sent to numerous paralegals and after talking to one in particular she told me that she would talk w another attorney! They didn't even have the decency to let me kw that my original attorney was no longer w the company!! I guess I had to b on my death bed to get what those fonies said they got on tv. Smdh.
