Rannebarger Home Maintenance

After my last review, I was contacted by Rannebarger. He apologized for
missing my requests for service and said they would be happy to clean
the gutters. I agreed and they sent a team out right away.
After they cleaned the gutters, they talked to me about the service and
the issues that they found with the drainage.
I am very happy with the service that I received.

We've used Rannebarger in the past and recently had a time-sensitive need for Dan's services again. I cannot stress just how responsive Dan is!!!

We were just beginning the process of getting our house ready to sell - and our realtor wanted to list it much sooner than we had anticipated... So in a panic, we reached out to Dan to see if there was ANY chance they'd power wash in February...LOL...

Initially he recommended we wait for warmer weather - understandably - but when we explained the reason and our timeline, he had a crew at our house THE NEXT DAY!!!! What a HUGE relief - esp in the midst of all the stress of moving/selling a house etc!

They also did a couple of other tasks as requested - and quickly as well - so we could let our realtor know we were set! House went on the market early March & sold in hours...partially thanks to Dan and his crews!!!

Highly, highly recommend! They've done great jobs at everything we've ever had them do - and at VERY reasonable rates!!! Do yourself a favor - call them!

Our Sump Pump failed after some recent down pouring storms hit central Ohio. I submitted a query on their web page before bed on a Tuesday evening and Daniel responded promptly Wednesday morning and was in route shortly after having a brief conversation with me. He was punctual and very professional!! I could tell right away Daniel knew what he was doing and that put me at ease!! He had the equipment and all the replacement parts necessary to complete the job. I'll definitely be using these guys again!! Thanks Daniel!! #sumppump #quality

There is so much to say, I could write a short story. I don't usually leave reviews but I feel Dan and his company need to be recognized for their persistence, hard work and skills. Dan not only worked night and day troubleshooting our mystery of a clog, he stayed professional and focused throughout the stress. Dan worked with us to make sure the job at hand was complete and even worked with us financially. I feel more secure knowing that we have a trusting maintenance company for as long as they are around. Thanks Dan for the fantastic job!

Highly recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance. The owner cares about his work and servicing his customers. I've used his services twice for power washing my house and both times was extremely happy with the results! You know how you can smell the exterior of your car after a car was (the soap and wax)? I could smell the clean of the exterior of my house for several day! Not a single spot of concern (mildew dots on white vinyl trim) were missed! Dan took great care to help me prep my house for the wash by ensuring my windows were all closed and locked, moved chairs, and flags, and had me move my car back. All things show me he cares about the final result, not a quick fix. Highly recommend!

It's been over 1 month since Daniel Rannebarger inspected our outdoor drains (we were billed $389 for this service) and he never shared the results or recommendation to fix issues, if any. We have called and left several messages on his website and we still have not heard from him.

Early on in the pandemic my finished basement home office flooded due to sump pump issues, and Dan had things expertly inspected and fixed the right way in no time. He was safe, on time, and obviously takes pride and care in his work. Every experience with others on his team has been the same!

I would definitely recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance to everyone!! I contacted Daniel via Yelp, and he immediately responded. The fast response time was very helpful. We set up a time for him to come clean the gutters on my house and garage. He was very good at communicating, and even came out to clean them on a weekend, on a Sunday!! He not only cleaned my gutters, but performed a minor fix that was needed on one of them, for no additional charge. We were so impressed and so happy!

I was very impressed with the above and beyond customer service, and the very reasonable price. I felt it was a fair price for the work performed!

We experienced heavy rains this past weekend at which time it was evident our gutters were clogged. I messaged Rannebarger on Sunday afternoon, received a quote by Monday morning, and the work was complete by Monday afternoon. The technicians were polite, hardworking, and did a great job. I'll will be utilizing their service as a routine preventive maintenance from now on.

They cleared out the underground gutter drains and reattached my downspouts to the drains. They were quick to respond, very professional and friendly. He did excellent work and for a great price! I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need work done on my house. And I have already referred my friends to call him for the work that they need done too!
