Kubota in Philippines -- Joint Demonstration Project to Reduce Methane Emissions Kubota, Creattura Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan), and Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) are currently working on a demonstration project to promote Alternate Wetting and Drying in the Philippines, a water management method that is expected to reduce methane emissions from paddy fields. Driving DE&I, Empowering Women at Kubota As part of its efforts to promote diversity, gender equality, and inclusion, Kubota is undertaking a variety of initiatives to promote the advancement of women. One example is the establishment of the Kubota Women's Employee Resource Group, which aims to promote interaction and mutual support among female employees.
